Our website is open 24 hours a day for your order. To place an order from our website simply place the items into your shopping cart. If you want more than one of the same item simply set the quantity to the desired amount. To remove an item, simply set the quantity to zero. When you have your desired order, click the “Checkout” button to enter your billing and shipping information.
Your order can be cancelled until the time it is processed. To do so please contact us as soon as possible.
After your order has shipped, you may track your package on your account. You can find the tracking information in your completed order details. If you have any questions about tracking shipment of your order, please contact us.
At From Roots, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If our product does not meet your expectations you can return unopened sealed merchandise in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with the original receipt.
Sale items are non-refundable.

We can only exchange a product if it is defective or damaged. In the event that a product is defective, you should contact us promptly with details of the product and the defect. Once the damaged item is returned and inspected we will gladly ship you a replacement.

You agree to pay all charges that may be incurred by you or on your behalf through our website, at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred, including without limitation all shipping and handling charges. Incorrect Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item due to company error, please contact us and we will promptly send you a replacement. If we request that the incorrect item be returned, we will gladly cover the shipping costs for the return and provide the shipping label.
